Role Summary

We’re looking for a sharp, imaginative, and self-driven Junior Art Director to join our creative team. If you have a strong visual sense, love turning ideas into immersive designs, and can confidently handle multiple client mandates, we’d like to meet you.

What You’ll Do

· Work with senior creatives to convert briefs into standout visual concepts

· Create original designs for campaigns across digital, print, social, and video platforms

· Bring fresh thinking to brand storytelling through layouts, typography, and visual language

· Maintain design consistency while pushing creative boundaries

· Work closely with copywriters, account teams, and art directors to execute integrated campaigns

· Keep pace with design trends and industry innovation to inspire your work

· Manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality and creativity on time

· Contribute to ideation sessions and pitch creative solutions with confidence

What You’ll Bring

· 2–5 years of design experience in a creative or advertising agency

· Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of commercial and conceptual work

· A solid grasp of branding, typography, color theory, and visual composition

· The ability to juggle deadlines, client expectations, and creative integrity
