Tempest Advertising is a 27-year-old integrated communications agency with offices in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune. We work with leading brands across industries to deliver impactful campaigns in advertising, branding, digital marketing, and integrated communications. As part of our growing team, we are looking for a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our Hyderabad office.

What You Will Be Doing

• Designing digital creatives including social media posts, web banners, emailers, and digital ads.
• Developing print collaterals such as brochures, posters, and outdoor communication.
• Creating visually impactful pitch decks and client presentations.
• Collaborating with the creative and client servicing teams to deliver high-quality campaign assets.
• Maintaining visual and brand consistency across all design deliverables.
• Keeping up with new design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance output quality.

What We Want

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (agency experience preferred).
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is an added advantage).
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, grid systems, and layout design.
• Ability to design polished, visually engaging pitch decks (PowerPoint/Keynote/Google Slides).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines consistently.
