What You’ll Do

As a Junior Art Director, you will:

• Conceptualize and design creative campaigns across print, digital, and social media platforms.
• Collaborate with copywriters, visualizers, and client servicing teams to develop innovative concepts.
• Translate client briefs into compelling, visually strong ideas that align with brand objectives.
• Supervise and guide designers/visualizers in executing creative work.
• Ensure design quality, consistency, and attention to detail across deliverables.
• Stay updated on design and advertising trends to bring fresh perspectives to projects.
• Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to internal teams and, when required, to clients.

What We Want
