Job summary

The Pinnacle Foundation in Chennai invites applications for a Junior Architect role based on-site. You will assist in architectural design, prepare drawings and 3D models, and support project documentation while coordinating with senior architects on design development.

You will help create presentations, update design revisions, and ensure deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards. Collaboration with stakeholders and site visits are included, along with basic integration of design

Qualifications

• Strong foundational skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into drawings and visual representations.
• Basic understanding of Software Development and Integration as they apply to design tools, modeling software, and collaborative platforms.
• Ability to support Project Management activities, including organizing documentation, tracking progress, and coordinating with project teams.
• Proficiency in design/drafting software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and willingness to learn new tools.
• Degree or ongoing studies in Architecture or a related field, with a portfolio demonstrating design capability and technical skills.
• Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
• Interest in sustainable design practices and familiarity with basic building codes and standards is beneficial.
