Job summary

Beyond I Design Studio (BIDS) is seeking a motivated architecture graduate to support design development, drafting, and presentation tasks for diverse projects in Thane.

You will prepare floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using CAD and SketchUp, assist with working drawings, and collaborate with engineers and site teams.

Strong eye for detail, good communication, and eagerness to learn are essential as you progress through end-to-end project cycles.

Qualifications

• B.Arch degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in CAD/SketchUp and presentation software.
• Strong eye for detail and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design Development: Assist in creating architectural concepts, schematic designs, and mood boards.
• Drafting & Modeling: Prepare floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using CAD/SketchUp.
• Working Drawings: Assist in detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
• Collaborative Execution: Coordinate with structural consultants, vendors, and site teams.
• Presentations: Help curate client presentation decks and material palettes.
• Site Visits: Occasionally visit project sites to understand construction execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development: Assist in creating architectural concepts, schematic designs, and mood boards.
• Drafting & Modeling: Prepare precise floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models using industry-standard software.
• Working Drawings: Assist in preparing detailed working drawings and construction documentation packages.
• Collaborative Execution: Coordinate with structural consultants, vendors, and site teams under guidance.
• Presentations: Help curate professional client presentation decks and material palettes.
• Site Visits: Occasionally visit project sites in and around MMR / Thane to understand real-world construction execution.

What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
• Software Skills: Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, presentation softwares
• Mindset: High creative energy, a sharp eye for detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Location Comfort: Candidates residing in or around Thane / MMR region preferred.
