Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent is required and India work eligibility.

• Proven ability to coordinate with stakeholders and manage simple schedules.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Hyderabad. The Junior Architect will assist in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and supporting design documentation for residential and commercial projects. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with senior architects, coordinating with consultants, and helping refine design solutions that balance aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability. The role involves working with digital design tools, contributing to integration of AI-assisted workflows, and supporting project management activities such as tracking timelines and organizing deliverables. The Junior Architect is expected to participate in site visits, assist with presentations, and maintain clear communication with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess core Architecture and Architectural Design skills, including conceptualization, space planning, and preparation of design documentation.


• Candidates should possess Software Development and Integration skills relevant to using or supporting AI-driven design tools, digital workflows, and interoperability between design platforms.


• Candidates should possess basic Project Management skills, including task tracking, coordination with stakeholders, and support for schedule and resource planning.


• Candidates should be proficient with industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar) and familiar with visualization tools.


• Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to follow design guidelines and technical standards.


• Candidates should have effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment.


• A bachelor's degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification, and eligibility to work in India, are required; prior internship or entry-level experience in architecture is an advantage.
