Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Junior Architect role based in Noida. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings, and contributing to interior and exterior design solutions.

• Daily responsibilities include assisting with schematic design, design development, and working drawings.
• Creating and updating CAD/BIM models.
• Preparing presentations, diagrams, and 3D visualizations.
• Coordinating with consultants, gathering technical information, participating in site visits, and helping document design changes and progress.
• Collaborating closely with the project team to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project requirements and timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate concepts into clear drawings and design documents.
• Understanding of Software Development and Integration as they relate to architectural tools and workflows.
• Exposure to Project Management principles, including basic understanding of schedules, deliverables, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants.
• Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar), and familiarity with rendering tools and presentation software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent accredited qualification, with a portfolio demonstrating academic or professional design work.
• Ability to interpret building codes and standards at a basic level, with willingness to learn local regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in an office-based team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and openness to feedback and mentorship.
