Job summary

Adarsh Group is seeking an experienced Architect to develop and manage architectural designs from concept through detailed stages, ensuring quality and compliance. The role collaborates with senior architects and consultants to deliver large-scale residential projects.

You will prepare execution drawings, coordinate with structural, MEP, interior and landscape teams, and visit sites to verify conformity to bylaws and client requests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Experience: Junior Architect 3+ years or Architect 6+ years in large-scale residential projects.
• Knowledge of building byelaws.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings for execution at site with Senior Architect.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape consultants.
• Understand customer requests, feasibility checks, and modify layouts accordingly.
• Visit sites to verify compliance.

• Should work closely with the Senior Architect to prepare Architectural Drawings for execution at site.
• Must be able to understand and coordinate Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscape consultants Drawings.
• Must be able to understand customer request. check feasibility study and modify the standard layouts accordingly.
• Knowledge of byelaws
• Preparing Area Calculation statements as required by the Senior Architect
• Visiting Sites to check the Compliance.

Experience

• Junior Architect: 3+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects
• Architect: 6+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projects
