Syntegon Technology India Private Limited, based in Verna, Goa, seeks a Junior Application Manager for End User Applications & Business Tools. You will support daily operation, act as primary contact for users and stakeholders, and assist in incidents, changes, and rollouts in a full-time IT role.

You will work on maintaining documentation, monitoring health and performance, and supporting license management.

Formación

• BE in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable with minimum of 2 to 4 years experience.
• First professional experience in IT support, application management, workplace services, or system administration is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Support the daily operation and administration of assigned applications.
• Act as a first point of contact for users, support teams, and business stakeholders.
• Assist in incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Support application rollouts, upgrades, patching, and testing activities.
• Coordinate with software vendors and service providers.
• Maintain application documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
• Monitor application health, performance, and service quality.
• Assist in software inventory, license management, and compliance activities.
• Participate in digital workplace and application improvement projects.
• Support automation and standardization initiatives within the application management team.
