Syntegon Technology India Private Limited, Verna (Goa), seeks an IT Support/Application Management professional to administer assigned applications and act as the first contact for users and stakeholders. You will assist in incident handling, rollouts, testing, and documentation while coordinating with vendors.

You will monitor health, ensure license compliance, and contribute to automation and standardization in the team.

Qualifications

• BE in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Informatics, or comparable with minimum of 2 to 4 years experience
• First professional experience in IT support, application management, workplace services, or system administration is advantageous
• Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and enterprise applications
• Interest in software lifecycle management and business applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Service-oriented mindset and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in an international environment
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are an advantage
