We are looking for a dedicated Junior Agronomist to support our farm operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of soil health, plant nutrition, and sustainable agricultural practices. This is a field-intensive role requiring close monitoring of crop health and coordination with farm teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor plant health and diagnose pests and diseases.
• Stay on-site at farms and oversee day-to-day field activities.
• Conduct irrigation audits and generate reports; perform soil analysis including pH, EC, and organic carbon.
• Support fertigation schedules and plant nutrition plans.
• Track planting, replanting, and mortality data.
• Collect and input field data into the "My Farm" app, and assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and annual project reports.
• Coordinate with field teams for customer engagement activities and analyze collected data to support agronomic decision-making.

Knowledge & Skills:

Understanding of soil types, structures, and properties; knowledge of sustainable and regenerative farming practices; familiarity with pests and diseases in fruit and timber crops; strong communication and coordination abilities. Willingness to stay at farm locations and work in field conditions.
