Job summary

Rise Hydroponics in Kotdwar, Uttarakhand invites an Agronomist to join our team, contributing to innovative, sustainable, and technology-driven agriculture through a soilless polyhouse project.

You will monitor crop growth, develop nutrition and management practices, oversee irrigation and fertigation, track plant health, pests and environmental conditions, and maintain detailed production records to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or related field.
• Knowledge of hydroponics or soilless farming is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of crop nutrition, irrigation, and crop management.
• Good observation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for modern, sustainable agriculture.

Responsibilities
