Qualifications

• Candidates must be CMA/CA qualified and willing to settle in Thiruvallur on a full-time basis.
• Experience in handling accounts payable/receivable and statutory compliance is preferred.
• Strong understanding of costing, budgeting and monthly closing processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounts and finance operations of the factory.
• Maintain books, vouchers, ledgers and supporting documents.
• Manage accounts payable and receivables, bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and documentation.
• Support monthly closing, MIS, expense monitoring and management reporting.
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, production and other departments for finance-related requirements.
• Assist in audit, costing, inventory accounting and financial controls.
• Inventory valuation monitoring and reconciliation with GL/Trial Balance; WIP, scrap and yield analysis.
• Cost MIS, contribution and margin analysis by product group, unit and branch.

Role & responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounts and finance operations of the factory.
• Maintain books of accounts, vouchers, ledgers and supporting documents.
• Manage accounts payable, receivables, bank transactions and reconciliations.
• Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance and documentation.
• Support monthly closing, MIS, expense monitoring and management reporting.
• Coordinate with purchase, stores, production and other departments for finance-related requirements.
• Assist in audit, costing, inventory accounting and financial controls.
• Product/SKU-wise costing BOM, conversion cost, power cost per kg, machine-hour rates
• Inventory valuation (AVCO) monitoring and reconciliation with GL/Trial Balance; WIP, scrap and yield analysis
• Monthly material, labour and overhead variance analysis with root-cause commentary
• Cost MIS, contribution and margin analysis by product group, unit and branch
• Inter-unit / branch-to-branch transfer pricing and cost reconciliation
• Support budgeting, statutory/internal audit and month-end closing
• Experience working in ERP environment,
