Job summary

The role requires a B.Com or M.Com and about 14 years of accounting experience, handling bills receivable/payable, bank reconciliations, invoicing, and coordinating with auditors and internal teams. The position is based in Swargate, Pune.

Qualifications

• B.Com or M.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 14 years of experience in accounting and financial operations.
• Hands-on experience with Tally Prime.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Strong knowledge of statutory compliances.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Bills Receivable and ensure timely collection of payments.
• Process Bills Payable and coordinate timely vendor payments.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain banking records.
• Record accounting transactions and maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in closing activities.
