PureCube Design Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a Junior Accountant to support daily accounting tasks and maintain ledgers. The role involves invoicing, expense tracking, and assisting with bank reconciliations, under guidance from senior finance staff.

The candidate will help with month-end and year-end closing and prepare basic financial reports while coordinating with project and procurement teams to ensure proper cost allocation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is preferred.
• 2 years of accounting or finance experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with basic taxation, invoicing, and expense tracking.
• Strong MS Excel skills and numerical accuracy; good communication and collaboration.

Role Description The Junior Accountant will support daily accounting operations, including recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and assisting with accounts payable and receivable. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, tracking expenses, reconciling bank statements, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities. The role will also assist in preparing basic financial reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and coordinating with project and procurement teams to ensure proper cost allocation. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, working closely with senior finance staff to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess core accounting skills, including knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and basic financial reporting.
• Candidates should possess skills in using accounting software and spreadsheets, with proficiency in MS Excel and comfort working with digital financial tools.
• Candidates should possess strong analytical and numerical skills, including attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and ability to reconcile accounts.
• Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain orderly financial records.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with finance, project, and operations teams and handle vendor and client queries professionally.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field are preferred; a minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with basic taxation concepts, invoicing, and expense tracking, as well as an interest in the design and construction industry, will be beneficial.
