Job summary

MetLife is seeking a DevSecOps engineer to modernize CI/CD pipelines in a large enterprise environment. You will implement GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, and governance to align with COE standards, while enabling secure and scalable software delivery.

You will also govern GitHub Enterprise, integrate security checks, and mentor teams to adopt automation and metrics-driven improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years hands-on experience in DevSecOps and GitHub Enterprise platform.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with security checks and governance practices.

Experience

(In Years): 0-2 years of strong hands-on experience in DevSecOps and GitHub Enterprise platform.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in GitHub Enterprise and CI/CD, including GitHub Actions, repository governance, secure DevSecOps practices, and migration from Azure DevOps.
• Strong automation and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Git, scripting/APIs, and ability to advise and enable teams across the enterprise.
