About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Odoo ERP, particularly in requirement gathering, implementation, and providing functional support. You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes, configure Odoo modules, and ensure successful delivery of ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements to map business processes with Odoo functionality.
• Configure and implement Odoo modules (such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, CRM, HR, Manufacturing, etc.) based on client needs.
• Provide end-user training and support during and after implementation.
• Collaborate with technical teams for customization, integration, and development requirements.
• Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and process flows.
• Test Odoo functionalities, workflows, and custom developments before deployment.
• Assist in data migration and validation activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring smooth operations for clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar ERP functional role.
• Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules (Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, etc.).
• Goodunderstanding of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, or HR domains.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Odoo Studio and functional testing.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Odoo certification (Functional / Technical).
• Experience with data migration tools and reporting in Odoo.
• Knowledge of Python or technical aspects of Odoo (not mandatory but a plus).
• Exposure to ERP implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
