JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support senior architects/designers with space planning, concept design, and presentation development.
• Prepare technical drawings, mood boards, and material/furniture specifications.
• Assist in design documentation, site measurement, and coordination with site, factory, and vendor teams.
• Participate in project meetings, site visits, and design reviews.
• Research current design trends and workplace innovations.

EXPERTISE & QUALIFICATION:

• Recent graduates (0–1 year experience) from recognized Architecture or Interior Design programs.
• Strong interest in workspace design and execution.
• Basic proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, PowerPoint (Revit is a plus).
• Good design sensibility and technical understanding.
• Effective communication skills and team collaboration.

Terms of Employment:

• Work Days: Monday to Friday.
• Work Location: Gurugram (Head Office); occasional site or factory visits.
• Probation Period: 6 months.
