Responsibilities

• Maintain & repair biomass boiler systems and associated equipment.
• Test boiler water regularly and adjust chemical levels to prevent corrosion & scaling.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance schedules & repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with state, local & statutory boiler safety regulations.
• Operate boilers following strict safety procedures & operational guidelines.
• Monitor equipment to detect malfunctions and perform necessary corrective actions.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance & performance checks.
• Maintain daily boiler operation logs, safety observations & maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, upgrades & system improvements.
• Manage fuel inventory & ensure adequate supply for efficient boiler operation
