Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Hyderabad is seeking a Boiler Technician to maintain and repair biomass boiler systems, ensuring safe and efficient operation. You will monitor water chemistry, perform preventive maintenance, and keep detailed logs to support regulatory compliance.

You will coordinate with maintenance teams for upgrades and system improvements, and oversee fuel inventory to ensure uninterrupted boiler operations. Prior experience with boiler plants and strict safety practices is desirable.

• Maintain & repair biomass boiler systems and associated equipment.
• Test boiler water regularly and adjust chemical levels to prevent corrosion & scaling.
• Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance schedules & repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with state, local & statutory boiler safety regulations.
• Operate boilers following strict safety procedures & operational guidelines.
• Monitor equipment to detect malfunctions and perform necessary corrective actions.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance & performance checks.
• Maintain daily boiler operation logs, safety observations & maintenance reports.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, upgrades & system improvements.
• Manage fuel inventory & ensure adequate supply for efficient boiler operation
