Job Description: Operations Executive (Quick Commerce Focus)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our team, specifically focusing on the fast-paced Quick Commerce (Q-Commerce) vertical. This role is at the heart of our digital storefront, ensuring that our inventory is live, accurate, and competitively positioned to meet the demands of instant delivery.

You will bridge the gap between physical logistics and digital marketplace management, ensuring that \"what the customer sees\" matches \"what we have\" in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

1. Logistics & Operations Support

• Daily Workflow: Assist the Operations Manager in coordinating daily logistics, ensuring smooth movement of goods between suppliers and dark stores/warehouses.


• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the supply chain to maintain high delivery speed and service standards.

2. Quick Commerce Inventory Management

• Real-time Monitoring: Maintain hyper-accurate inventory levels across all Q-Com platforms (e.g., Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) to prevent \"Out of Stock\" (OOS) scenarios.


• Fulfillment Tracking: Monitor order fulfillment rates and pick-up speeds to ensure we are meeting platform-specific SLAs.


• Benchmarking: Track and report on \"benchmark levels\" (safety stock and reorder points) to ensure high-demand items are never depleted.

3. Digital Storefront & Catalog Quality Control (QC)

• Listing Accuracy: Perform regular audits (QC) of all product listings to ensure descriptions, categories, and technical specs are 100% accurate.


• Creative Updates: Coordinate with the design team to update product images and marketing banners, ensuring the digital \"shelf\" looks premium and current.


• Competitive Pricing: Conduct daily price tracking against key competitors and suggest real-time adjustments to maintain market competitiveness.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Analytical Mindset: Ability to handle large sets of inventory data and extract actionable insights.


• Platform Expertise: Familiarity with the backend dashboards of major Quick Commerce or E-commerce platforms.


• Attention to Detail: A \"perfectionist\" approach to product listings and creative assetserrors here directly impact sales.


• Agility: Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment where pricing and inventory need to be updated multiple times a day.


• Software: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) and basic project management tools.
