Job summary

Nuvo Aeon Diamond And Jewellery Llp in Mumbai is seeking a seasoned Quick Commerce Head to lead our fast-moving online business. You will shape the strategy, drive sales across marketplaces, and optimize listings, pricing, and promotions to boost growth and profitability.

You will partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations to ensure timely fulfilment, monitor performance metrics, and build strong marketplace relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 510+ years of experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Marketplace Management, Retail, or a similar industry.
• Experience handling major quick commerce platforms is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall Quick Commerce / E-commerce strategy to drive revenue and market growth.
• Manage business across quick commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other marketplaces.
• Drive sales, revenue, order volumes, conversion rates, and profitability.
• Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, promotions, offers, and visibility on marketplaces.
• Monitor inventory availability and coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfilment.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and key stakeholders.
• Analyze sales, customer, inventory, and marketplace performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns and seasonal offers with marketing teams.
• Track competitors, pricing, product assortment, and market trends.
• Ensure high product availability and minimize stock-outs and cancellations.
• Lead and manage the Quick Commerce team and set clear performance targets.
• Prepare regular MIS and business performance reports for management.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve customer experience and efficiency.
