Two Brothers Organic Farms is seeking a Junior Digital Designer to translate our farm-to-table mission into high-converting digital creatives for emails, newsletters, and performance ads.

You will design static and motion visuals, ensure brand consistency, and collaborate with internal teams and agencies to optimize campaigns based on data insights. The role emphasizes mobile-first design and premium aesthetics.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in digital design, preferably in D2C or performance marketing environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact static and motion creatives for Meta, Google, and display ads focused on driving clicks and conversions.
• Create visually compelling and responsive layouts for weekly newsletters and automated email flows (Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
• Develop web banners, landing page creatives, and promotional assets to enhance the online storefront experience.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external creative agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign execution.
• Continuously iterate and optimize creatives based on performance data and insights.

Job Summary

We are looking for a nimble, visually-driven Junior Digital Designer to join our Growth Charter at Two Brothers Organic Farms. In this role, you will translate our farm-to-table mission into high-converting digital creatives. From emails customers open in the morning to performance ads that stop the scroll, you will be the driving force behind our daily digital visual presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-impact static and motion creatives for Meta, Google, and display ads focused on driving clicks and conversions.
• Create visually compelling and responsive layouts for weekly newsletters and automated email flows (Klaviyo/Mailchimp).
• Develop web banners, landing page creatives, and promotional assets to enhance the online storefront experience.
• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external creative agencies to ensure brand consistency and timely campaign execution.
• Continuously iterate and optimize creatives based on performance data and insights.

Maintain organized design files and ensure proper version control.

Qualification & Experience

• 2–3 years of experience in digital design, preferably in D2C or performance marketing environments.

Key Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
• Working knowledge of After Effects or Canva is an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of mobile-first design and digital marketing requirements.
• Eye for organic, earthy, and premium brand aesthetics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external teams.
