Job summary

LQI in New Delhi is seeking a Senior Digital & Graphic Designer to drive visual strategy across digital, motion, web, and social touchpoints. You will blend artistic creativity with user-centered design, using AI workflows to accelerate ideation and production while maintaining strong brand consistency.

The role requires 2–4 years of design experience, a solid portfolio across brand design, motion, and UI/UX, and a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related field. On-site position in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong command of color theory, typography, and layout systems.
• Portfolio demonstrating brand design, motion graphics, photography/videography, and UI/UX work.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute high-converting digital assets for social, ads, emails, and campaigns.
• Storybaord, shoot, edit, and animate motion graphics and promotional videos.
• Create responsive UI/UX and web layouts aligned with modern design systems.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, editing, and content generation workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing and leadership to translate brand goals into visuals.

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and creative Senior Digital & Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing visual strategies across digital, motion, web, and social touchpoints. The ideal candidate blends artistic creativity with user-centered digital design, leverages modern AI workflows, and maintains strong brand consistency across all deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Visual & Marketing Design: Conceptualize and execute high-converting digital assets including social media posts, performance ads, email newsletters, digital campaign graphics, and sales presentations.
• Motion Graphics & Video: Storyboard, shoot, edit, and animate high-quality motion graphics and promotional videos for product and lifestyle campaigns.
• UI/UX & Web Design: Create responsive, intuitive user interfaces (UI/UX) and web page layouts aligned with modern design systems and usability standards.
• AI Integration: Utilize generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, visual editing, asset creation, and content generation workflows.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with marketing and leadership teams to translate brand goals into compelling visual formats, ensuring on-time delivery without compromising quality.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 2–4 years of professional design experience in an agency or fast-paced startup environment.
• Core Competencies: Strong command of color theory, typography, grid systems, layout hierarchy, and user-centric design principles.
• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, motion graphics, photography/videography, and UI/UX case studies or web builds.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts (BFA), Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent practical experience.
