Job summary

Xometry, the world's largest on-demand production platform, seeks a Junior AR Accountant for a permanent, full-time position based in Ottobrunn, Germany. You will handle receivable invoices for multiple customers and maintain internal controls in a fast-growing, digital startup environment.

The profile requires 2+ years accounting experience, a degree in finance or economics, strong Excel and ERP knowledge, and excellent English.

Responsibilities

• Handle receivable invoices for multiple customers (main focus).

• Reconcile debtor accounts regularly.
• Assist in month-end financial statements and reporting package.
• Support automation and ad-hoc projects as needed.

Junior AR Accountant – Full Time Our offer:

• Maintenance/documentation of internal controls
• Reconciliation of debitor accounts on a recurring base
• Assist in preparation of month-end financial statements and reporting package
• Support improvement of automation and special ad-hoc projects as needed

Your profile:

• 2+ years accounting experience
• You have gained initial experience in Finance with Big 4, management consulting or a start-up and have a university degree in finance, economics
• Good understanding of European or US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Good knowledge of the MS Office package (especially Excel) and ERP systems
• Independent and structured way of working with the willingness to take over operational activities in day-to-day business
• Open personality with hands‑on mentality
• Very good knowledge of English
