• The Analyst - Business Operations is responsible for working within the Application support team to ensure the issues reported to him are resolved within the time specified.
• The successful candidate will demonstrate accountability, flexibility and adaptability to handle multiple and changing priorities and be able to successfully collaborate with other teams and stakeholders.
• The person will report to the Manager - Application Support. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
• Should be able to resolve the queries raised by the branches.
