Job summary

ATMS & Co. LLP in Mulund seeks a detail-oriented Junior Accountant with 1–3 years of accounting experience to join the finance team. You will be responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, invoicing, vouchers, and supporting documentation, while ensuring accuracy across ledgers and records.

You will assist in GST/TDS compliance, bank reconciliations, and monthly financial reports, collaborating with senior accountants and CA teams to ensure timely closings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of accounting experience and understanding of day-to-day accounting operations.
• Graduate degree in B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of GST and TDS and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial reports and schedules.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
• Assist in maintaining accurate books of accounts and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams regarding accounting-related matters.
• Assist senior accountants and the CA team with various accounting assignments.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

About The Role
