Job summary

Customertimes is seeking a Manual/Functional QA Engineer for a healthcare analytics platform. You will own end-to-end quality for complex data workflows, and validate charts and dashboards against source data.

You will write and execute test plans and cases (functional, integration, regression, UAT), perform SQL data validation (Snowflake/PostgreSQL), validate FHIR APIs, manage defects, and support Azure-based testing with growing automation in Python/pytest/Selenium.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA experience with strong manual/functional testing.
• Strong SQL and database validation (Snowflake named by the client).
• Hands-on Power BI and SSRS report validation.
• FHIR or healthcare-interoperability testing.
• Some automation exposure.
• Fluent English.
• Bachelor's in CS/Engineering/IS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a QA Engineer with a strong foundation in functional testing and growing automation capabilities to join our analytics product team. You will own end-to-end quality for a NLP-enabled analytics platform - validating complex data workflows, charts, dashboards, and reporting UIs - while contributing to and scaling our Python/pytest/Selenium automation framework.This role is ideal for someone with deep manual QA experience on data-intensive applications who has hands-on automation exposure and is motivated to develop their scripting skills further in a collaborative team environment.
