Job summary

HellaGoodAudio seeks a data-driven Game Growth & Data Insights Manager to own analytics across 70+ mobile apps and games. This role goes beyond dashboards and reporting, turning data into decisions that drive growth across our portfolio.

You will analyze performance, run post-update analyses, and uncover growth opportunities. Collaborate with Product, Design, ASO, Monetization, Marketing, and Management to turn data into strategic actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile app or mobile game growth analytics.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
• Understanding of retention, cohorts, funnels, segmentation, and user behavior.
• Experience with A/B testing and experiment analysis.
• Understanding of mobile app monetization and revenue drivers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate complex insights in a simple and actionable way.

Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance across downloads, engagement, retention, revenue, and monetization.
• Conduct post-update and release analyses to measure product and business impact.
• Analyze user behavior, funnels, game progression, retention, and churn.
• Monitor ratings, reviews, and user feedback to identify product opportunities.
• Analyze ASO experiments, A/B tests, LiveOps, events, and cross-promotion.
• Build dashboards and regular reports highlighting risks, opportunities, and actions.
• Identify growth opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations to improve downloads, engagement, retention, and revenue.

This role goes beyond dashboards and reporting. You will analyze performance, identify why things are happening , uncover growth opportunities, and turn data into actionable recommendations across Product, Game Design, ASO, Monetization, Marketing, and Management.
