Job summary

GunjanApps Studios and Solutions LLP is seeking a data-driven Game Growth & Data Insights Manager to own data intelligence across our 70+ mobile apps and games. You will go beyond dashboards to explain why things happen and turn data into actionable growth strategies.

You will analyze performance, identify opportunities, and collaborate with Product, Game Design, ASO, Monetization, Marketing, and Management to drive downloads, engagement, retention, and revenue.

Qualifications

Experience in mobile app or mobile game analytics.
Strong SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
Understanding of retention, cohorts, funnels, segmentation, and user behavior.
Experience with A/B testing and experiment analysis.
Understanding of mobile app monetization and revenue drivers.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business-thinking skills.
Ability to communicate complex insights simply and actionable.

Responsibilities

Analyze portfolio performance across downloads, engagement, retention, revenue, and monetization.
Conduct post-update and release analysis to measure product and business impact.
Analyze user behavior, funnels, game progression, retention, and churn.
Monitor ratings, reviews, and user feedback to identify product opportunities.
Analyze ASO experiments, A/B tests, LiveOps, events, and cross-promotion.
Build dashboards and regular reports highlighting key risks, opportunities, and actions.
Identify growth opportunities and provide data-backed recommendations to improve downloads, engagement, retention, and revenue.
