Job summary

Multi Commodity Exchange Clearing Corporation Limited (MCXCCL) is seeking a candidate with an MBA in Finance or equivalent experience to join its Risk Management team in Mumbai. The role focuses on BOD/EOD operations, UAT updates, and evaluating international best practices in risk management.

Responsibilities include preparing circulars for Risk Management and Board meetings, stress testing per SEBI guidelines, and providing data to regulators.

Qualifications

• MBA in Finance or graduate with relevant experience.
• Experience in risk management or financial markets is preferred.
• Strong understanding of margining concepts and SEBI guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and ensuring Risk Management operations including Beginning of Day (BOD) and End of Day (EOD) activities.
• User Acceptance Testing and implementation of new/ updated risk management features in the clearing corporation systems.
• Evaluating best industry practices followed by other CCs for risk related activities and evaluating various practices followed by international Exchanges and Clearing Corporations.
• Ensuring timely preparation & communication of various circulars issued by the Risk Management.
• Preparation of various agendas related to RMC/ Board meetings in timely manner.
• Computation of stress losses as per SEBI guidelines and analysis of SGF requirements.
• Providing timely data/ information to various regulatory authorities.
• Good understanding of margining mechanism such as VAR, EWMA, SPAN and margin framework.
