Responsibilities

• Peptide characterization using HPLC, UPLC, LC-MS/MS, HRMS, NMR, and CD spectroscopy.
• Analytical method development, optimization, and validation.
• Scale-up, technology transfer, and stability studies.
• Regulatory documentation and knowledge of ICH, USP, EP, and GMP guidelines.
• OOS/OOT investigations, change controls, and root-cause analysis.
• Collaboration with peptide synthesis, process chemistry, formulation, and QA teams.
