Eligibility Criteria:

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including:

• Customer Agreements
• Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
• Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)

Manage the complete contract lifecycle from drafting to execution.

Advise business teams on legal and regulatory risks.

Support governance, compliance, and data privacy initiatives.

Coordinate with external counsels regarding disputes, filings, and legal matters.

Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
