Job summary

HighRadius, a cloud-based autonomous software provider for the Office of the CFO, seeks an experienced Associate Legal Counsel based in Hyderabad, Telangana, to lead end-to-end contracting for its global operations. The role requires a Law Graduate (LLB) with at least 5 years of experience from a law firm or multinational technology company.

You will draft SaaS, IT and professional services agreements, negotiate DPAs, security exhibits and cross-border contracts, and ensure privacy compliance

Qualifications

• LLB degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of professional legal experience.
• Experience with SaaS, IT agreements, DPAs, cross-border transactions.
• Familiarity with privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, UK GDPR, India).
• Privacy certification (CIPP/E or CIPP/US) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycles for a high volume of global procurement contracts.
• Draft contract provisions for SaaS, IT, hardware and professional services agreements.
• Ensure data privacy compliance by negotiating DPAs, SCCs and security exhibits.
• Identify, assess and mitigate business and legal risks; advise internal stakeholders.
• Support stakeholders with vendor issues, dispute resolution and termination letters.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate business and legal risks while advising internal stakeholders.
