You will support the company’s growing consumer business with drafting, negotiation and regulatory guidance. The position involves advising on evolving regulations in India, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance across commercial transactions and IT/privacy matters.

Qualifications

• LLB from a top-tier university in India.
• Company Secretary qualification will be an added advantage.
• 5–8 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal role, preferably involving technology and commercial transactions.
• Strong understanding of laws applicable to e-commerce marketplaces in India.
• Experience in FDI, IPR, Consumer Protection, IT, Competition and Advertising Laws.
• Strong drafting, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with senior executives and business teams.
• Strong legal and commercial judgment with high standards of professional integrity.
