Job summary

Zigsaw in Udaipur is seeking a motivated jewellery sales professional to drive monthly and annual sales targets. You will lead a small sales team, nurture relationships with high-value clients, explain jewellery designs, and ensure excellent customer service.

The role requires 1 year of jewellery sales experience, strong communication and negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach with upselling and cross-selling abilities. Salary is Rs.

Qualifications

• 1 year of jewellery sales experience in luxury retail.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in jewellery.
• Deep understanding of jewellery and market trends.
• Graduate degree preferred (Business, Retail Management, or related field).

• Sales and Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly & annual sales targets by strategizing and implementing effective sales plans.
• Team Leadership: Train, motivate, and supervise the sales team to deliver outstanding performance.

• Product Knowledge: Expertly explain jewellery designs, metals, gemstones, and pricing to customers.
• Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory teams, and ensure attractive product displays.
• Market Trends: Stay updated on jewellery trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
• Sales Reporting: Maintain sales records, analyse performance metrics, and provide reports to senior management.

Timings: 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM

Salary: Rs. 18K to Rs. 22K (can be negotiated depending upon your experience)
