• Creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating original jewellery designs.

• Create jewellery designs through sketches, technical drawings, and digital presentations.
• Develop collections for necklaces, earrings, rings, bracelets, and other accessories.
• Research trends, materials, colours, and customer preferences.
• Prepare design specifications, including dimensions, materials, stones, finishes, and construction details.
• Coordinate with artisans, vendors, and production teams for sampling and development.
• Review samples and refine designs for appearance, comfort, quality, and manufacturing feasibility.
• Develop designs within target costs and timelines.
• Maintain organised design files, sample records, and collection portfolios.
