Role Description

This full-time, on-site Jewelry Designer role is based in Jaipur and focuses on creating original jewelry concepts from initial sketches through final production-ready designs. The designer will develop collections aligned with brand aesthetics and market trends, prepare detailed technical drawings, and collaborate with production teams to ensure feasibility, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Daily responsibilities include researching materials and styles, refining design prototypes, coordinating with merchandising and sales to align designs with customer preferences, and maintaining organized design files and documentation. The role also involves working closely with CAD specialists, artisans, and suppliers to translate creative ideas into finished pieces that meet design, durability, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Jewelry Design and Product Design skills, with the ability to develop cohesive collections and translate concepts into production-ready pieces.
• Proficiency in Drawing and sketching for visualizing ideas, communicating concepts, and refining design details.
• Experience in Fashion Jewelry design, including awareness of trends, materials, and market preferences.
• Working knowledge of Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for jewelry, or ability to collaborate effectively with CAD specialists.
• Understanding of gemstones, metals, manufacturing techniques, and quality standards for jewelry production.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and ability to balance aesthetics with practicality and cost considerations.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with design, production, and merchandising teams on-site in Jaipur.
