Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Communication: excellent verbal and written English for collaboration with global teams.
• Problem solving: RCA on live production system issues.
• Shift flexibility: willing to support UK/US time zones.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and proactive JD Edwards EnterpriseOne CNC Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our global JDE infrastructure. Working entirely from our Pune facility, you will take complete ownership of the technical backbone of our ERP system. You will oversee configuration, architecture management, package deployment, system upgrades, and cloud/on-premise database performance tuning to ensure high availability and stability for business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Environment Maintenance: Install, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne architecture environments including Development (DV), Prototype (PY), and Production (PD).
• Package Lifecycle: Assemble, build, and deploy full and update packages across server architectures and clients while adhering to strict internal change compliance workflows.
• OMW Configuration: Manage Object Management Workbench (OMW) rules, project promotion status pathways, and resolve token conflicts.
• OCM Mappings: Set up and optimize Object Configuration Manager (OCM) routing tables to ensure flawless data and logic distribution.
• Tools Releases: Lead technical evaluation and implementation of JDE Tools Release upgrades, Electronic Software Updates (ESUs), and application patches.
• Server Middleware Management: Administer essential middleware nodes including Deployment Server, Enterprise Logic Server, HTML Server (JAS), and AIS/BSSV application endpoints using Oracle WebLogic.
• Architecture Modernization: Assist in driving cloud infrastructure strategies (e.g., migrating workloads from legacy environments onto cloud instances like AWS or OCI)

Performance Tuning & Security

• Performance Optimization: Monitor system logs, system kernels, interactive UBE batch queues, and JVM configurations to proactively mitigate bottlenecks.
• Access Control: Setup, configure, and manage role-based application security matrices, task views, row/column boundaries, and user profile provisioning.
• Disaster Recovery: Formulate and execute failover checks, automated infrastructure backups, database cloning, and strict SOX compliance auditing protocols.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

• OS & Database Literacy: Strong administration familiarity across Linux, Unix, or Windows server systems combined with robust relational database knowledge (Oracle DB or Microsoft SQL Server).
• Modern Integration Nodes: Direct exposure to managing JDE Orchestrator Studio, AIS Server, REST APIs, and digital transformation interfaces.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a highly related technical field.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for collaborating with global functional developers and external stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Razor-sharp analytical skills to perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on live production system crashes.
• Shift Flexibility: Preparedness to support round-the-clock operations or overlap with standard international business shifts (such as UK or US time zones).
