Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Software Engineering Technical Specialist to contribute to its software engineering space, providing critical skills for cutting‑edge JD Edwards EnterpriseOne environments. You will own CNC administration and collaborate with DBAs and infrastructure teams in Pune.

The role requires deep JDE CNC expertise, experience with WebLogic and Orchestrator, and a proactive approach to performance tuning, security, and upgrades in a fast‑paced, production‑support context.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in JDE CNC roles.
• Hands-on with installation, configuration and maintenance of JDE CNC architecture.
• Experience in JDE Tools and deployment workflows.
• Knowledge of HA/DR and production support environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end CNC activities: install, configure, and maintain JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 components (Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, JAS, AIS, WebLogic, BSSV).
• Plan and execute Tools Release upgrades (9.2.x), apply ESUs/ASUs, and manage routine package builds and deployments.
• Deploy and manage JD Edwards environments on cloud infrastructure and coordinate with infra teams.
• Implement system monitoring to track CPU, memory, DB performance, and kernel health; move to predictive maintenance.
• Administer JDE security: roles, user profiles, task views, and menu filtering.
• Configure and support AIS Server architecture and Orchestrator.
• Coordinate with DBAs to optimize queries and troubleshoot data blockages in SQL Server or Oracle.

Role

We are seeking a talented Software Engineering Technical Specialist to contribute to our software engineering space and provide critical skills required for the development of cutting‑edge products.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end CNC activities including installation, configuration, and maintenance of the JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 architecture (Deployment Server, Enterprise Server, JAS, AIS, WebLogic and BSSV).
• Plan and execute Tools Release upgrades (9.2.x), apply ESUs/ASUs, and manage routine package builds and deployments.
• Deploy and manage JD Edwards environments natively on cloud infrastructure and coordinate with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal resource allocation and server performance.
• Implement and refine system monitoring to track CPU, memory, database performance, and kernel health, moving from reactive troubleshooting to predictive maintenance.
• Administer JDE security, including role‑based access control, setting up user profiles, and defining task views and menu filtering.
• Configure and support modern JDE technologies, specifically AIS Server architecture and Orchestrator.
• Coordinate closely with Database Administrators (DBAs) to manage tablespaces, optimize database queries, and troubleshoot data blockages across SQL Server or Oracle environments.
