Job summary

Centroid Systems is seeking a JD Edwards CNC Administrator for full-time engagement, following US shift timings from 9PM IST to 5AM IST. Requires 4–7 years of JD Edwards CNC experience with EnterpriseOne installs, plus WebSphere/JAS and Oracle 12c proficiency.

The role covers maintenance, deployment, and proactive performance tuning while coordinating with IT support teams. Responsibilities include environment management, patching, and user support, with a focus on change control and production

Qualifications

• 5+ years of JD Edwards CNC implementation and administration experience.
• Minimum 1 full EnterpriseOne install in an Intel/SQL Server environment.
• 2+ years of WebSphere or OAS and JAS experience.
• 2+ years’ experience with Oracle 12c database or greater.
• Assist with the roll out of additional modules.
• Assist with the roll out of JDE to additional business units.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working directly with end users.
• Must have worked in an environment that practiced change control and version management in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, support and deploy the JDE One World/EnterpriseOne.
• Handle day-to-day administration and problem resolution of the applications; maintain patches and testing.
• Perform OMW installation, setup and project promotion and administration.
• Build and deploy server and client packages.
• Apply ESUs, ASUs, Updates and Service Pack upgrades.
• Administer JDE CNC security, print, batch queues, performance tuning and monitoring via SAW.
• Create and manage environments, path codes and instances.
• Monitor application performance and availability.
• Provide timely end-user support.
• Stay current with architecture, ESU releases, functionality, and CNC components.
• Interact with IT support teams.
• Proactive performance tuning and risk mitigation.

• Responsible for maintenance, support and deployment of the JDE One World/EnterpriseOne.
• Perform day-to-day support, administration and problem resolution of the applications. Also responsible for the daily maintenance, patch updates and testing.
• OMW installation, setup and project promotion and administration.
• Server and client package build and deployments.
• Apply ESUs, ASUs, Updates and Service Pack upgrades.
• JDE Administration of security, print, batch queues, performance tuning and monitoring via SAW
• Create and manage environments, path codes and instances.
• Monitor and manage application system performance and availability.
• Provide complete and timely support for end users.
• Keep current and up to date with application architecture, ESU and service pack releases, functionality, and other CNC components.
• Interact extensively with the other IT support.
• Proactive performance tuning & risk mitigation.
