Job summary

ALTEN India is looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer with 1-3 years of experience to develop CATIA-based solutions for sheet metal and casting designs. The role requires stamping process knowledge and strong communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate should hold BE or a Master in Mechanical or a related field, and be ready to contribute to projects for leading aerospace clients.

Qualifications

• BE or Master in Mechanical or Relevant degree.
• 1-3 years of experience in mechanical design roles.
• Knowledge of CATIA Surfacing & Part modelling, sheet metal design, casting design and stamping processes.

Responsibilities

• Design sheet metal and casting products using CATIA Surfacing & Part modelling.
• Apply stamping and casting process knowledge to product concepts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver robust mechanical designs.
