• 7+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst or Business Analyst with ServiceNow dev projects.
• Experience delivering scoped app/ITSM/HRSD implementations on ServiceNow.
• Certifications: ServiceNow CSA; CIS-HR/CIS-ITSM are plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow scoped apps and HRSD/ITSM processes.
• Assist in implementation and deployment of ServiceNow solutions with developers.
• Create training materials and user guides for end-users and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance of ServiceNow processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
