Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant Java development experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and deliver training sessions on Core Java, OOPs, Collections, Exception Handling, Multi-threading, and Data Structures.
• Conduct theory and practical sessions to ensure hands-on coding experience.
• Develop and maintain training materials, assignments, and assessments.
• Evaluate trainees’ performance through tests, coding challenges, and projects.
• Stay updated with latest trends, frameworks, and tools in Java and related technologies.
• Provide one-on-one mentorship and doubt-solving sessions for learners.
• Coordinate with academic or placement teams to ensure successful course completion and trainee satisfaction.
• Foster a learning-oriented and positive training environment.
