Job summary

Jobtailor in Pune seeks a senior software/AI professional to lead development of Agentic AI solutions and LLM delivery, building robust multi-agent systems for scalable applications.

You will design integrations with APIs and cloud platforms, optimize cloud DevOps workflows (Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD), and collaborate with customers to deploy reliable AI-enabled software.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in software development, AI/ML engineering, or systems integration.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI / LLM delivery.
• Strong programming in Python (primary), plus Java and/or JavaScript.
• Proven experience building agents with LLM frameworks.
• Solid understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, RAG, function calling, and agent evaluation.
• Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and multi-agent architectures.
• Integration experience: REST APIs, webhooks, data pipelines; OAuth/OIDC/JWT authorization flows.
• Cloud & DevOps: AWS, Azure, or GCP, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, and monitoring.
• Strong problem-solving, customer-facing communication, and the ability to work independently.
