About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy next-generation AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic Workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience building intelligent AI agents using modern frameworks and deploying enterprise‑grade solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Agentic AI solutions using LLMs and multi‑agent architectures.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines for enterprise knowledge retrieval and contextual AI applications.
• Develop AI workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and related orchestration frameworks.
• Integrate foundation models through AWS Bedrock and other LLM platforms.
• Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, memory management, and agent orchestration.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to deliver AI-powered solutions.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI system performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in Agentic AI, GenAI, and LLM ecosystems.
