Job summary

Northern Trust seeks a Java Solution Architect to lead the re-platforming and modernization of mission-critical IBM DB2/Mainframe applications onto Microsoft Azure. You will define the target architecture, drive cloud-native microservices, and establish IaC and DevOps practices across large-scale modernization programs.

The role requires deep Java and Azure expertise, with hands-on Terraform and experience migrating systems to cloud-native architectures. Bangalore/Pune based, on-site positions.

Qualifications

• 14+ years of experience in Solution/Enterprise Architecture.
• Expert in Java 21, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Cloud, and Microservices.
• Deep experience migrating monolithic/mainframe-like apps to Azure cloud.

Responsibilities
