Qualifications

• Strong Core Java 8+ and Java EE design skills.
• Experience designing and executing microservices with Spring Boot.
• Proficient in messaging with Active MQ, SQS, SNS, and Kafka.
• Expertise in SQL optimization on PostgreSQL.
• Multithreading and concurrency handling experience.
• Proficient with REST APIs, XML, JAXB, and JSON.
• Experience with AWS services (Lambda, CloudWatch, API Gateway, ECS, SQS, SNS).
• Familiarity with AI tools such as LangChain, RAG, AutoGen and NLP.
• Domain knowledge in client onboarding, KYC and regulatory workflows.
• Hands-on in entity resolution and graph-based matching.
• Proven experience leading development teams on client lifecycle products.
• Familiarity with BPMN tools like Camunda, Airflow, Drools.

Project Description: We are building an end‑to‑end client lifecycle management solution, where technology drives procedural automation and standardization. Our solution includes industry‑leading modules and tools widely adopted by financial institutions.

This strategic initiative spans the entire client lifecycle from onboarding to maintenance and offboarding, while providing seamless integration with various in‑house products such as Counterparty Manager, ISDA Amend, Outreach360, Request for Amendment, KYC, and Tax Utility. We leverage a mature Java/Spring Boot‑based tech stack, supported by AWS infrastructure, along with the latest advancements in the industry to deliver this solution over a multi‑year span.

Skills required

• Strong Core Java 8+/Java EE design skills, including design patterns.
• Significant experience in designing and executing microservices using Spring Boot and other Spring components (JDBC, Batch, Security, Spring Data, etc.).
• Proficient in messaging tools such as Active MQ, SQS, SNS, and Kafka.
• Expertise in optimizing SQL queries on PostgreSQL databases.
• Strong experience with multithreading, data structures, and concurrency scenarios.
• Proficient in using REST APIs, XML, JAXB, and JSON in creating layered systems.
• Experience with AWS Services (AWS Lambda, AWS CloudWatch, API Gateway, ECS, ECR, SQS, SNS).
• Familiarity with Open AI APIs, Agentic AI Crew / LangChain / RAG / AutoGen / NLP / Java / Python / REST / Telemetry / Security / Auditability.
• Domain knowledge in client onboarding, KYC, and regulatory workflows, with a deep understanding of the client onboarding lifecycle: initiation, due diligence, approvals, legal entity structuring, and regulatory documentation.
• Hands‑on experience with entity resolution and matching (graph‑based ID resolution, fuzzy match frameworks).
• Proven experience leading a development team on client lifecycle management products.
• Familiarity with BPMN tools (e.g., Camunda, Airflow, Drools) related to customization of modeler and engine.
