Job summary

Rootshell Enterprise Technologies is seeking an experienced Java Architect in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in Core Java and should have architected at least 2 systems. Understanding of Capital Markets and Fixed Income instruments is required.

This role entails managing onsite-offshore projects and client coordination. The successful candidate must be a self-starter who can prepare and present status reports to the client and account management team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in Core Java.
• Experience in architecting at least 2 systems.
• Understanding of Capital Markets and Fixed Income instruments.

Responsibilities

• Architect systems as a Java Architect.
• Manage onsite-offshore coordination for projects.

Job Description

1. Capital Markets domain understanding – Mandatory
2. Fixed Income instruments, Trade Life cycle and allocation, Short Term Desk activities knowledge will be added advantage
3. Java Architect – should have architected minimum 2 systems
4. Core Java hands on experience of 10 + years
5. Spring, Multithreading, Message Queue – hands on experience required
6. Oracle SQL & PLSQL hands on experience required.
7. Should have worked on at least one project with Java and Oracle combination
8. Should have managed onsite offshore model for minimum 1 project being onsite coordinator
9. Should have done Client coordination, expectation management
10. Late hour calls with Offshore team should be expected
11. Single point of contact at onsite for offshore and Client
12. Should be able to present weekly status report Project to the client and account management team
13. Candidate should be self starter should be able to understand requirements document and ask queries if required
