Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Pune seeks a senior Java full stack developer with 7+ years IT experience and 5+ years hands-on Java full stack development. You will work with Core Java, Spring, Microservices, RESTful APIs, ReactJS, and cloud tech in Agile teams to deliver scalable solutions and API integrations.

Key focus areas include API design/management, gateway, MuleSoft, and Azure cloud services with AKS, App Services, APIM, Functions, and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT experience with 5+ years hands-on Java full stack development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Hands-on ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux.
• Experience with RAML, API Design/Management, API Gateway, MuleSoft, Zookeeper.
• Knowledge of JSON/XML, Web Services, API Security (JWT/OAuth/SAML).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD.
• Cloud exposure to Azure, AKS, App Services, DevOps, APIM, Functions, Storage.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on development in Java Full Stack with modern front-end tech.
• Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Work with API design, API management, gateway and MuleSoft integrations.
• Implement secure API access using JWT/OAuth/SAML and data formats JSON/XML.
• Collaborate in Agile/Scrum teams; maintain code quality with CI/CD tooling.
• Utilize Git, Maven, Jenkins for builds; participate in testing and deployments.
• Engage with Azure cloud services including AKS, App Services, APIM and Functions.

Role & responsibilities

• 7+ years of overall IT experience with at least 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong expertise in Core Java, Java 8/11/17, J2EE, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, REST Services, API Development and Integration.
• Hands‑on experience with ReactJS, React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, Redux and modern front‑end development practices.
• Experience in RAML, API Design, API Management, API Gateway, MuleSoft/Mule Gateway, Zookeeper or similar integration technologies.
• Strong understanding of JSON, XML, Web Services, API Security, JWT, OAuth, SAML and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands‑on experience with Git, Maven, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, Unit Testing, Automation Testing and Code Quality tools.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience in Cloud Platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure App Services, Azure DevOps, Azure API Management (APIM), Azure Functions, Azure Storage is needed
